After hitting a three-run home run in the ninth inning of the Dodgers’ 6-2 win in
Game 4 of the World Series on Saturday, Los Angeles outfielder Joc Pederson celebrated the moment with an homage to Kirk Cousins.
After belting a homer that sealed the victory and tied the series a 2-2, Pederson skipped to the Dodgers dugout while yelling toward his teammates and the Houston
crowd, “You like that! You like that”
No one can forget that nearly two years ago, Cousins was filmed shouting “You like that! You like that!” while running to the locker room following a miraculous comeback victory, the largest in franchise history. The moment went viral and has followed Cousins throughout the past two years. Cousins even managed to sell “You like that!” t-shirts to raise money for the International Justice Mission.
“That’s good to see,” Cousins said on his weekly Monday appearance on 106.7 The Fan’s “Grant and Danny” show. “I’m just hoping we can have many more ‘You like that’ moments here with the Redskins. I may have to send Joc a T-shirt. Clearly, he’s feeling the same vibes that I was feeling. You know what, when you play at the highest level in the biggest games, in those moments, that’s what comes out.”
