Packing List

Shoes suitable for turf (play will be on turn and grass fields)
Second pair of shoes or sandals for between sessions
Water bottle (with full name printed on it)
Clothing suitable for the weather
Socks for five training sessions
Athletes will stay in a Hope College dorm and are asked to bring their own linens and toiletries (sleeping bag/pillow is fine).
Fan - dorm will not be air-conditioned
Bathing suit and towel
Campers will be coming home with a t-shirt, football and picture with Kirk that can all be signed.
Helmets and shoulder pads
It is not recommended that campers bring any other import memorabilia for autographs.
***The Kirk Cousins Football Camp and its staff cannot and will not be liable for any memorabilia or technology that campers bring and is lost or stolen. Rooms will be equipped with keys for campers to lock up valuables.

Dad’s Lunch with Kirk

Kirk would like to invite dads, male role models or male guardians of campers (1 per camper) to a lunch on the last day of camp. There will be no cost for this just sign up on the registration page for this opportunity. (This time will be without the campers while they are on the field)

Will Kirk be present?


The entire time – Kirk won’t just be making an appearance, he’ll be spending time with every participant and being fully engaged.


Why is the registration only limited to 240?


Kirk wants to ensure he has the chance to interact with every person, and if the camp has more than 240 he feels it might be impossible to have that contact point.


Who will be coaching?


The coaching team will be made up of college football players and high school coaches who share Kirk’s passion for faith, football, and finding your way.


Where will we stay?


Lodging will be in one of the dorms on the campus of Hope College. There are two players per room, so sign up with a buddy.


How is the food?


Hope College's Creative Dining Service presents healthy and delicious buffet style meals, all you can eat.


Do we bring our own pads and gear?


NO equipment requirements...
However, cleats for use on a synthetic turf field are recommended along with tennis shoes or another change of footwear. Mouthpieces are always recommended and encouraged. All campers should also bring a minimum of a three-times-daily change of socks, shorts and t-shirts that are weather appropriate.
